Video wall resolution - hardware configuration issues

We’re a new Intuiface client, and are having trouble setting up the hardware and software for one of the video wall locations.

Specs:
Dell 3060 MicroPC w/ Intel Core i5-8500T
(4) Planar Clarity Matrix G3 LX55X touchscreens
1x4 configuration - Resolution 7680x1080

The MicroPC doesn’t have a resolution wide enough on one output, so we have tried using both display outputs (one DisplayPort and one HDMI), then configured the Planar VC to take both inputs and display each input to two monitors at 3840x1080. Then we ran into the issue where the Player only shows on one of the two sets of monitors.

Can anyone recommend either a different configuration or a better PC hardware alternative?

Thanks!

Hi @rkramer

I think the next thing is to add the commands at the end of the shortcut to your porject to span across all screens.

Kind Regards

I think @Promultis is referring to the command lines described here: https://support.intuiface.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007433711-Command-line-options-for-Player-for-Windows#specify-the-screen-s-to-use-by-the-player-in-a-multi-screen-setup

Let us know how it goes.
