As we start a new year and turn a new page, we can’t help but to look back on the wonderful experiences we had in 2018. Any active community followers and Intuiface enthusiasts must know what a colorful year it was for Intuiface.
2018 kick-started with one of the biggest highlights in our history. In February, we raised $3.7 million in series A funding, enabling us to accelerate our growth by bringing in additional employees, expanding marketing and sales initiatives, and open a new North American headquarters in Chicago.
We also enjoyed celebrating a few other stepping stones and achievements including the rebranding of IntuiLab into Intuiface, the release of Web Triggers and Intuiface Analytics, a great number of product improvements and optimizations, brand new partner programs with dozens of additional partners already on board and so on. What a busy yet fruitful year it was!
In 2019, we are looking ahead to another ambitious year. The French team (pictured above) will be moving to a new cozy home for its ever growing crew, our very first User Conference will welcome all Intuiface users from around the globe in Amsterdam, we will formally certify Intuiface’s information security infrastructure, and much much more. Too early to spill all the spoilers.
Finally, a step back to study the industry at large, Here are what we believe to be the major technical and business developments of 2018 in the world of digital signage and four trends that will stand out in 2019.
