CMS Media Download?

We’ve had a long running deployment with a few hands in it that wound up with a library of 1500 headshots, where 700 were actually in use. So in the experience with the excel file there were a bunch of subfolder etc, a real mess. Migrating this to the CMS it was able to upload what was needed and things should be much easier going forward. Is there any way to download the media? I found the cache on the local machine, but the files a renamed. I need a clean set to reupload when I need to modify the CMS data via the CSV - which seems will be needed when records are added by the client.

Any thoughts?

Hello @gordon_johnson,

Yes it is possible to find and rename all of the media files associated with an HCMS base. Here is a video that explains how to setup a process to do this. Also in this zip file is an excel sheet that is used for the renaming.

Note: An experience with the HCMS base you are working with needs to have been opened on the computer you are doing these steps on.
