Where the separte style coming from?

Hi there ,
Kindly I am viewing The POPcomms Parallax Experience here ,and It has a yellow background and I want to know where it is coming from ,
it might be related to a second scene in the experience but I cannot find the link between them.

Yusufm - it’s in a seperate layer called Background Scroll, which has a Scroll Collection containing the image. This Scroll Collection has a vertical offset which is bound to the vertical offset of the main content Scroll Collection to give some parallax depth and movement.
