I’m creating an iPad app and using the text input asset for visitors to add e-mail addresses at the end of a questionnaire. As I am testing it, whenever I tap in the text entry field, the virtual keyboard comes up normally. But when I start typing on-screen, the virtual keyboard accepts one letter, then lowers off screen. When I retap the text entry field, the virtual keyboard comes up again, and when I start retyping on-screen, the virtual keyboard still only accepts one letter, then lowers off screen again.
I opened and tried this with a PC app I made earlier this year, and the virtual keyboard is working normally. Has anyone encountered this? I’m probably missing something in the properties, but don’t realize it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
