Video playback: 1st second of audio cut off

I’m building out several experiences that include video clips. In every instance, when you start playback, the first second or so of audio is cut off. If you rewind and start over, it is NOT cut off. If the video plays through and you choose to play again, it is also NOT cut off.

From what I can tell, the videos have been made to the correct spec. 1280x720 mp4 ~1,500kbps. Have also tried as WMV and same result.

Hi Kraig, Can you try and put a stop video trigger before the play video trigger. For eg. add the stop video trigger at 0 secs, then the play video trigger at 0.1 secs, and see if that fixes it.
