Unable to use old version of Intuiface (authorization issue)

I need to update an old experience but the clock asset errors out when I open it. I can add another one but all the txt manipulation I was doing is gone and I can’t remember how I had it all customized and working. So I downloaded an older version and it wont let me in, forcing me to go back to the current version because it thinks I’m not signed in I guess. Is there a way I can bypass and use an old version so my clock asset wont break?

Support fixed the issue. I had to copy some files around which wasn’t hard to do but I never would have tried on my own, so if you’re reading this because you have the issue, contact them.
