I am trying to deploy an experience as a webpage and am running into an issue. I created a URL but when I open the URL I get an error message that says:
“No licenses available. Sorry, no licenses are currently available for running this content. Code: 25102”
I have a premier level Intuiface license which I believe means I get one player and composer instance, meaning I can only ever have one instance of player running. I believe the error message I am getting is saying that somewhere I have an instance of player running that is disabling me from opening the web based experience. To try and work around this issue I went to my licenses and released the player from any device currently using it to free up the web deployed experience. I would think this would solve the issue but it does not.
What am I doing wrong here?
