Take a screenshot of an experience from the console?

Hi all,

Is there a way to take/download a screenshot from a remote experience from the console? I have 30 or so touchscreens with experiences and every so often one will crash/stop working. I can’t diagnose the problem as the tiny thumbnails in the console basically show a white screen, so it would be really useful if I could get the experience to take a screenshot and send it to me or upload it to the console so I can see what file is causing the issue.

Hello @jwang,

There could be something causing the crash of the experience that won’t be captured by the snapshot.

I would suggest reaching out to us via our support channel and provide us with information on which device(s) is having issue and when the issue happened.
