Hi All,
I am using swap collection and inside the collection I have 5 groups and each group consist of multiple assets, 2 of those assets are buttons to go to next index and previous index. I am unable to interact with those to move swap forward or backwards. It is as if they are not clickable.
I have swap visible to interactivity checked. I have swap Allow interaction with item checked. I also have the buttons visible to interactivity checked.
Can someone help me with this.

How do I reach out via support channel can you please elaborate. Like I have to write an email or what can I do?
Also whatever the procedure is Do I have to reach out with the account containing the experience?
You can either submit a ticket by going to support.intuiface.com or you can send an email to support@intuiface.com.
You don’t necessarily have to reach out with the account the has the experience, but if you want us to look at the experience you will need to share it from that account.
