Shared Experience file corruption




I’m having an issue with my shared Experiences corrupting after running once or twice on an iPad Pro. I’m using the Intuiface player for tablets on an iPad Pro running on iOS 12.1

I’ve tried the following:
- performing a hard re-set on the iPad
- uninstalling and re-installing the Intuiface Player app after updating the iOS on the device

Nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else encountered this?

It seems that you got answers to your issue directly from our support team and that this issue was fixed with our latest Player for iPad release.
