Are you an expert Intuiface designer? If so, I’d like to network with you. I’m one of the longest users of Intuiface, and sometimes my schedule gets busy. I could really use a reliable back-up to help with projects when my project schedule gets busy. (which is quite often, lol)
Please let me know if you are skilled at the following:
- Using API explorer. This is a big one. We use Knack.com often when designing our customer CMS portals. It’s very powerful and sometimes things can get a little complex. I can help you learn this, but you must at least be comfortable connecting API’s into Intuiface.
- Designing according to a client’s provided style guide. If you are a designer that creates a style group in your XP’s so you can bind your colors and fonts properly, this is a must.
- You have some graphic design capabilities. If you can traverse a PSD, make adjustments and export assets you need, this will be a big plus. We can help with layouts if needed, but you’ll need to be able to manipulate them to fit your XP design.
- You are willing to follow ‘my’ style of design to keep consistency across all of our projects. This entails designing in a single scene and using toggles to manipulate groups of content instead of scenes. I understand this is not how Intuiface trains you or typically recommends. BUT, this gives our displays a signature smooth flow, and I tend to follow a similar structure every time. You still have full creative freedom, I only ask that you structure your XP’s in a similar way so we follow the same design standards. This makes support and updates smoother for long-term installations.
If you are newer to Intuiface, but you have strong graphic or motion design skills, I’m still open to meeting you too. I’ve been designing with Intuiface for over 12 years! I can help fill in the gaps for projects, provide additional training, and help to prepare content for you efficiently once we have a working relationship.
