If you want to use html styles with the rich text component and use a style sheet in you excel file.
Just before your text insert the style sheet like comment HMTL :
Now bind the excel file with your rich text component.

Nice one @rvantony1, but now thanks to the brand new HTML Asset it should much simpler with its CSS property

HTLM Asset Versus Rich Text.
After one year with many test with the HTML Asset I find it some disadvantages :
it is too slow to display dynamic data.
Richtext and Excel dynamic source is faster.
I hope that the HTML module can be more consistent in the future.
