First of all, Welcome to the Community!
Please could you close your Experience and Composer,
Here is the link to the zip: MemoryGames.zip
If you have downloaded Alex’s zip containing the three Memory Game Interface Assets you need to extract them into this location:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\IntuiFace\Interface Assets
From there open Composer and you should see the Interface Assets appear in the list like this:

I’ve tried restarting Intuiface and even the computer, but it doesn’t really show up at all. I did the entire extraction process in the InterfaceAssets folder, but it doesn’t appear.

You need to extract the zip file into the following location within the Documents folder: Intuiface > Interface Assets. Do not extract it into the Interface Assets folder within your project. In your case, the location will be:
C:\Users\caio\Documents\IntuiFace\Interface Assets within this folder you will see other Interface Assets:
Extract the three MemoryGame Interface Assets into this location, restart Composer and they will appear in the Interface Assets list.

Got it! Sorry for the confusion! But last year I did exactly what I was doing, was that an update or something?

I’m glad you managed to work it out in the end! 
As far as I know, we haven’t changed this functionality since Intuiface 4, and we are now at version 7.5.5.
