A quick google search led me to this forum thread where they propose a solution based on CheVolume software.
I haven’t tested it, but you might give it a try, it could answer your need.

We have already tried this and it still didn’t work we need it to save the audio config and also cant we change the default audio output for each player instance?

It’s true that in your case, the path of the exe is the same. You can maybe “cheat” the software by cloning the Player folders and launching them from different locations.
This would of course break the remote update / IntuiFace agent mechanisms, but since you are running multiple Players on one machine, you’re already out of the bounds.
