Player Remote Update Fails

I have 4 identical Windows based players. All settings, OS, network etc. are exactly the same. One of them will not update the player software remotely. I am see this error in the logs. updatePlayerFailed Installer download has failed (code:1)
There is no issue with the internet connection. I can update it locally with no issue.

Hello @EAR,

You should open a ticket with Intuiface Support. They will most likely ask for account and diagnostic information, that you wouldn’t wanted posted in community.
