Number key press not responding as triggers?

I can use arrows and custom letter keys as key press triggers, but number keys don’t seem to work.

I’m NOT using the “Navigate using arrow keys” option, but turning it on doesn’t make a difference.

What am I missing?

You probably want to contact support on this issue as i have not been able to do the same.
