Hi Team, I have a question regarding the compatibility of Nexmosphere sensors with Intuiface Player 8. I’ve attempted to use the sensors with Player 8 but have been unable to get them working successfully. Could you kindly confirm whether Nexmosphere is currently supported in Player 8, or if it remains compatible only with Player 7 for the time being? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the Nexmosphere Interface Asset is supported on Player 8,
Would you mind telling us what device you are trying to use the Nexmosphere hardware with? (Windows, BrightSign, Android, iOS, Raspberry Pi)?

I confirm what @Louie said, most Nexmosphere sensors are supported off-the-shelf with Player 8.
We recently discovered an exception with the XM series controllers, but we already have a patch / future version of Intuiface Player that will support them.
Could you also tell us which sensors / controllers you have issues with?

I hope you’re both doing well. I’m currently working on integrating Nexmosphere sensors with Windows, specifically the XY-241 Presence Sensor, XQ-L2 LiDAR, and the RFID reader using the XN-85 Controller.
After adding the Nexmosphere interface asset, I’m encountering a message that says “Serial Port (Player Classic)” when attempting to configure the COM port. Could you please guide me on properly connecting and configuring these sensors using Player 8?

Did you try the COM Port in the Serial Port property of the Nexmosphere Interface Asset?:
This is specifically for devices running Player 8, as described here: Interface Asset - Nexmosphere - Configuration.
