So I have this scene with a transparent text box and when I play it on computer and TV screen, this text box disappears. Any idea why and how to solve it? it is very important as this text box would appear on every scene.

Yah it seems submitting a support request is the best option if this appears to be a bug.
One possible scenario if it’s NOT a bug - if you have your background image movement set to “Free”, and you touch the image…or somehow it gets into focus, it will move to the top layer and cover up other assets. Just one thing to double check.
