Just went to start a new project for a video wall with an array of 6 wide x 2 tall 1080p displays. I was able to type in 11,520 into the “custom” field but the content I’m dropping in is too wide for the canvas and I just noticed the pixel rulers show that it’s only 10,000 wide. Just confirming that that’s a known limitation and that I’ll have to stretch the player at runtime.
We often had some weird behavior in WPF where a component was not render anymore when it’s resized larger than 10000x10000. Any kind of element, even a basic Canvas.
However, please send a request to Support with the resolution you want and they’ll send you back a blank experience that you can use as a template with the required resolution.
