Intuiface Player Keeps on Crashing (Windows)

Hi Support Community,

My windows player keeps on crashing after Intuiface Player boots up. We already did the troubleshooting guide “http://support.intuilab.com/kb/publish-share-and-deploy-experiences/troubleshooting-absence-of-player-for-windows-in-management-console”. Seems like it keeps on crashing. What should we do?
