I’m in Denver and last month I had an experience with a remote client in Charlotte. I had terrible problems updating the experiences on three screens. I flew out there and found that the internet bandwidth was pretty much non-existent.
Can I suggest that you display the bandwidth of each player installation in the management console? This would be a great help for troubleshooting issues.
