Hls or udp links froze on Intuiface player and doesn't reload

streaming freezes on Intuiface player 6.x and 7.x. Please assist

You should submit a ticket with our Support team.

We will ask you to send us some information on your Player device, what type of Player is it, when does it freeze, and possibly some diagnostic information.


that takes time, that is why I came here so that someone can help to get it fixed. It is a Windows machine though. Tried on both versions and it is same.
