Have the browser ignore target="_blank"

I could really use an option in the webbrowser to ignore target=“blank”. Having to load in external sites that we don’t have direct control over would become a whole lot more user friendly. Now pages don’t load and zero feedback is given, leaving the user confused.

Do you mean that when a link tries to open a new tab / new window in a classic web browser, you would like here the new page to replace the current one?

I second this. Seems like a better solution than not doing anything.
