Experience native keyboard does not disable

I can’t disable the native keyboard of the experiment.
It does not work well, so I want to use the windows keyboard.

When focus leaves the email field, the keyboard does not close automatically.
I can’t close it manually either.
It remains open on my screen even though I hide the elements that opened it.
