does the built-in Excel Interface Asset auto-update?
From my understanding when you include an Excel file intuiface makes a copy and then access the copy. If the copy is changed while the experience is running will the changes show up in the experience?

We have a dedicated paragraph in the Help Center explaining how it works here.
To sum it up quickly (but I recommend to read the article), in Composer and Player for Windows when your Excel file is updated, saved and file is closed, it takes a couple of seconds to update on the fly.
