Displaying a content from a cell from an excel-sheet depending from the actual date

Hello,
does anyone have experience in displaying a Content from an Excel-sheet depending on the actual date?
I have an Excel-sheet with 10 rows. The first row contains the date from one month. So every line holds data from one day. All the rows are containing Content which I want to Show in different Scenes. But Always I´d like to see only the Information for today!
Can anybody help me to get this Topic solved, though I am an absolut beginner in intuiface…

Have a look at this discussion Updating auto scroll items by date? - #3 by Seb and the method I proposed using Airtable.
It could give you some ideas to do something similar using Excel instead of Airtable.
