Ctrl + Z (Undo) Not Working

Hello all,

I have noticed that Ctrl + Z (Undo) routinely stops working after 4-5 uses. This has been an ongoing issue for as long as I’ve been using this program. It only became a serious issue when today, I accidentally deleted a scene by keying a combination of Ctrl + (another key; not sure) and could not undo this mistake. My fault for sure, but one I was hoping I could fix in a pinch.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Undo function?

Our team is starting to experience the loss of the undo feature as well. It no longer works and we’re not sure why.

2 questions for you

  • After you close / open your XP in Composer, does the undo / redo start working again? (or close / open your Composer)
  • Do you have any idea of the last actions you did before trying to perform the first undo that did not work? This would help our team reproduce your issue, as for now, we haven’t been able to identify a scenario where this happens.

Ideally, if / when this happens again, contact our support team and send us your Composer diagnostics.

Hi Seb,

Yes, it does start working again after closing and relaunching.

I believe it may have happened or have something to do with running two instances of IntuiFace at the same time. I do this if I am copying content from one experience into another.
