Composer 6.1.2 not working on win 8.1 64x

composer 5.7 work normally but when upgrading to 6.1.2 no working .

To solve this issue, please apply all microsoft updates to your win8.1 PC.
BTW, in the next 6.1.3 release planned the 1st week of January we are going to solve this issue affecting non updated win7 and win8.1 PCs.
