Clock not working

Hi,
I am having an issue with the clock not working when publishing a Scene. It works fine in Composer and when i play it to test. But when i load it on my main screen which runs a licensed version of Windows Player and when i play it on an Android Tablet the clock doesn’t appear.

I have tried making changes to the clock and re-publishing the scene several time but it never seems to work. My current version of Composer is 5.1.7+16
