I have a number of scenes I’m creating in my project. One of them will have a few videos. I’d like to be able to click the video (or thumbnail) and launch the video in full or near-full screen. Is there an easy way to do this without jumping to another scene? Videos will be local on the machine, not from the internet.
I’m a beginner with Intuiface / Composer, so thank you in advance for your help!
Hi @brian.k and welcome to the Intuiface community.
I’d suggest you have a look at this article. Depending on how many videos you have in your gallery, using a data source will probably be the most efficient way to address your use case.
Use a collection display your thumbnails (images for optimum performance), then use trigger & actions on the data template inside that collection to dynamically load the video in a placeholder video asset, and show it full screen.
