Chrome device management- Chromebox goes into sleep mode

I´m hoping the community can help me out :slight_smile:

I´m using Aopen chromebox mini that is managed through Chrome device management. I run the intuiface player as a single kiosk app. After around 6 minutes the screen dims and after another 2 minutes the screen goes black.

I´ve tried other apps in single kiosk mode without the chromebox going into sleep mode.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Mikael,

I recommend you to open a ticket on our Support Site so we can investigate.

Support Team will probably ask you to share your XP with xp-for-support@intuiface.com so you may want to do that just after creating your ticket.

I have done this and they are having trouble helping me out :slight_smile:

When running other apps the system doesn´t go into sleep mode.

According to your Support thread, it seems it’s an Android issue unrelated with Intuiface :wink:
