Changing property binding

Hi,

Stupid question, I’m trying to change the Property binding of the Time Zone of the Clock, but really have no clue how to edit the Time Zone properties… whenever I select it, i can’t edit… Where does this get changed?
Absolute n00b question I know =(

Simple…

For anyone else new like me:

Select the “Interface Assets” Tab > Clock: X-Ray for Local Weather
Then Modify:
