Blacklist URL's

#1

I work with lots of banks and they would like to make their website available as part of their “touch” experience." The issue is they need to block certain URL’s from their own sites so that clients are not able to “log In” to their personal account or log into credit card accounts. So my question is there a way to block specific URL’s or at least have the ability to re direct them to the Home page if it get pressed?

Thanks
Nate

Hi @nate,
The default option is to chose the URLs you want to whitelist. This can be easily defined within the web browser asset.
If you prefer to blacklist URLs, you can apply a trigger to the web browser, defining that when the URL changes to a certain URL then the website will redirect to a URL of your choice.

@anastasia’s solution is using the conditional triggers and you can learn more about them in this article.
