I am facing a problem, there is a black frame appears while video being looped,
also, playback of video is laggy (videos are integrated into asset grid using excel sheet)
earlier IF version does not have this problem, I am facing this issue after updating IF.
any solution, please.

I recommend you to open a ticket on our Support Site so our team can investigate.
Support Team will probably ask you to share your XP with xp-for-support@intuiface.com so you may want to do that just after creating your ticket .

Evaz, did you ever get a resolution for this? I am having the exact same problem with the black frame.
Edit: Discovered that it only happens if there is another video behind it.
12 screen videowall. The 6 boxes with lettering have a looping video background sized to the whole wall. The other 6 boxes are individual videos looping. I do not have the issue when I have no background or even a still image.
