When I use the arrow keys inside of Composer, half the time it defaults to zoom in/out. I want to be able to move 1px, not zoom! How can I turn off such nonsense?

First, thanks for reporting this, we never encountered such an issue. We managed to reproduce it and forwarded it to our product team so they can solve it.
On your side, if you close / open Composer, you’ll come back to the default & expected behavior where arrow keys are moving objects on the scene.
To avoid this zooming behavior, until the team fixes the issue in a future version of Composer, please do not use the “plus” and “minus” zoom buttons at the bottom of the scene. These are the culprits!
You can use ctrl + mouse wheel instead to zoom in / out the scene.
