Hi Orlando @orlando_recinos and welcome to the Intuiface Community.

Depending on where these files are located (local machine vs cloud), you need some kind of data structure (Excel, Headless CMS, Airtable, etc…) to list them and be able to filter them based on a search criteria = search feature.

This webinar recording shows an example with our H-CMS: https://support.intuiface.com/hc/en-us/articles/6166843152412-Search-functionality-with-the-H-CMS

Watch this video to start and let us know your thoughts on this.

Thank you, Seb, for your help. I watched the video, and it seems very interesting. From what I saw in the example, the best way would be to have it in Intuiface’s cloud CMS. My question is how to create a database from scratch, what its structure should be, and, as I understood, the “content” section is where you attach the files that the user wants to search for.

I suggest you go through this Academy course first: Managing Content with H-CMS | Course | Intuiface Academy

This is a tutorial style course with step-by-step instructions that will teach you all you need to know about how to use the H-CMS.

Once you’ve been through the course, let us know if you have any additional questions.
