I have spent days trying to get my 3D models to display with textures without much success!
I have read the documentation and understand the texture requirements for file location and .mtl file (OBJ models) but it doesnt work!

I recommend you to open a ticket on Support so they can investigate. You will probably have to share your model and textures so they can test.
