When I play some videos, randomly, it seem that the video will pause and then glitch grey, as seen in this picture, and then continue to play. I haven’t run into this issue before, and we tested the machine in our shop, but it seems to be appearing on a project that we just deployed. Is there any way to keep this from happening or optimize the videos? Thanks!
Have you tried using the option Optimized for WMV ?
just click at the video icon on properties Panel

I recommend you to open a ticket on our Support Site so our team can investigate.
Support Team will probably ask you to share your XP with xp-for-support@intuiface.com so you may want to do that just after creating your ticket .
