Touch and Throw experience related question

We are using one monitor with PC and one ipad / android for making the toch and throw application.
short description : A user will select or throw an image or video onto the main pc and the main PC will play it on main screen.

For this how player license is required? what is the best way to do this?

For such a setup, you’ll need 2 players: 1 on your iPad, 1 on your PC. Thus you need 2 Player licenses.
