Speech recognition culture not found

hi there, i have a windows 10 with SpeechPlatformRuntime instaled, and the LANGUAGE pt-BR installed as well.

i set pt-BR in asset ( https://support.intuiface.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007179892-Interface-Asset-Speech-Recognition#usage-sample)

when i try use the speech recognition, the errors say

portuguese
Nenhum reconhecedor da identificação necessária encontrado. Nome do parâmetro: culture

english
No recognizer of required ID found. Parameter Name: culture

what is missing?
