Email configuration - Shows an Error

I am working on the intuiface application. Now, i made everything.
Only one things is left is Email Contact us form.

I am facing this problem, when make create an email template and on SEND button.
I changed the trigger to “Email Configuration” then I fill all the relevant field.

But, once i run the application. It show me an error, “An error occur”. It will not send the email.

Can someone please help me?
