Updated Composer... Now it won't open now

We updated to Composer version 6.1.2.177 (64 bit) and now it will not open. When you double click on the composer icon nothing happens. There is nothing Intuiface-related running in the background in Task Manager.

We are running it on a Windows 8.1 machine…

Please help!! Thanks!
