I would say that the text is far to big? so you have to scroll for much long, it may be that is just me but who knows?

I had the exact same reaction until I realized that my browser’s zoom level was set above 100% for the Knowledge Base.
The font in the original Knowledge Base was so small that folks made it a habit of zooming in on the page. My guess is the webpage is still zoomed above 100% in your browser. Reset the zoom level to 100% and see if it still comes off as too big.
